Keep it simple at this peaceful, centrally-located efficiency apartment above our garage. 15 minutes to Gardiner/Augusta, 15 minutes to I95/295. Less than one hour from Portland. Sit by the stream, listen to the loons or enjoy relaxing in the hot tub. If you want to kayak, you can do that too! Eagles regularly soar overhead. Quiet home on Cobbossee stream. Great for bass fishing, swimming, boating and kayaking. Two kayaks available at request. Close to many of Maines finest coastal towns or scenic hiking. The stream leads to pleasant pond which is great for swimming and waterskiing. Boat launch available if needed. Our building is tastefully remodled while still reflecting its character and charm, origianlly built in 1854!
