Fully self contained unit on rural acreage only 15 mins from centre of Tamworth. Off street parking. Located away from main residence so privacy ensured. Main bedroom has a walk in robe. Spacious lounge room. A double sofa bed. 65 inch smart TV in lounge with foxtel. Main bedroom has a 50 inch smart TV. All kitchen facilities and a BBQ. Sofa bed is fixed as of 31/3/24. The self catering bedsit is attached to the back of the house down the driveway behind Barking Dog Galley and the pottery workshop. The bedsit features skylights, double glazing, antique and modern furniture, a queen size bed and a well equiped kitchen. Tea, coffee and milk is supplied. Just walk across the road for a great meal at The Top Pub. Check in after 3pm. Check out 10am.
