Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Casa Montgó is in a prime location, surrounded by nature and with panoramic views of the valley. It is located in a quiet residential area, ideal for those seeking peace, privacy and relaxation. Spacious and elegant, with tasteful décor and everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay with family or friends. Being away from the urban core guarantees tranquility and privacy. We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the garbage collection point.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.

The house. The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.
