The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, lake views from both windows and terrace. Swimming dock and small beach 300 meters from the house. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to town in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car/bus. Bicycles can be borrowed to pedal up to the store. You can also take the commuter boat to/from town from Ålstäket, 5 minutes away by car.

Sit back and relax in this quiet, cozy home. Just three minutes away is the beach and sea. Stroll around the village and possibly stop at the local bakery. The house has everything you need to stay in it all year round. You can park next to the house. You can also take a direct bus from Slussen that takes about 50 minutes. Alla bekvämligheter som diskmaskin, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Kök, 3 sovrum (en dubbelsäng, två singelsängar samt två extrasäng vid behov) , 2 badrum med WC, en dusch.

Nice house in Stavsnäs close to the sea. The house and the village Stavsnäs is located 50 minutes travel from Stockholms city by bus or car. Parking for free for one car. 100 m to bakery and café. 150 m to beach. 500 m to well stocked grocery store. Restaurant in the harbor 2 km nice walking or by car. From the harbor you can go by boat and ferries to several places in the archipelago as for example popular Sandhamn, Möja and Runmarö.
