This was our third booking with Simarjeet and we have stayed in both of his guest house locations in the Safdarjung Enclave. Simarjeet is very friendly and he is extremely communicative and he ensures your arrival experience is as smooth and seamless as it can be. He has an excellent team of staff who will welcome you, and provide everything you need for a comfortable stay in a vibrant and buzzing neighbourhood. Breakfast and all refreshments are provided and other meals are also available on request. The beds are comfortable with clean linen and towels are provided for use in the ensuite shower room. A walk out to Green Park will reward you with good restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere. The nearest Metro station is 5-10 mins walk away and there are always tuktuk drivers buzzing around that are willing to take you anywhere. Simarjeet is also a fantastic and knowledgeable guide , you will not regret choosing to stay here.

It's a very good location and the service provider caretaker are very good everything were awesome.... Anybody won't feel they are away from their home.... I wish the owners carry on their service the same way....

I had come to Delhi for a short visit of 2 days due to work and didn't want to stay too far from the airport. This property turned out to be exactly what I was looking for!! The place is perfect for 2 adults and is really cozy. The place has all basic amenities and is very well maintained. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a private location.

It was a short stay of couple of days with my daughter.Host Maneesh ji was nice and reachable. One can stay with family and feel safe. Caretaker Arvind was nice and a good cook. Overall a nice experince.

Staying at Ashwani's place was wonderful experience. Clear instructions, clean room and bathroom, wonderful hosts. Mention must be made of Subhasji, who was extremely courteous and helpful. I would highly recommend this place.

This was such an amazing place, and Sangeeta was the best host. She’s so flexible and friendly, and is also so personable. I really appreciated meeting her. She checked in to make sure everything was okay, and let us stay past our check out time due to a very late flight. The place was beautiful, almost looks bigger than pictures- we were so happy and would definitely stay here again. The GK market was walking distance, and I believe the other ones are pretty close too. Great food, tons to do, but also gives a neighborhood vibe and was pretty peaceful. There was daily cleaning at the apartment and all of the building staff were very friendly. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at Farzan’s place. It was clean and smelt fresh. He let us check in early, and always happy to help us with anything. The caretakers were just lovely and helpful. It’s a very homely place. definitely recommended!

Ishans place is a gem, nestled in a quaint street of Nizamuddin east. The surroundings are green and you wake up to peacocks in the mornings. The room is a big loft with balcony which overlooks a mango tree. We could actually pluck mangos and enjoyed the breezy mornings. Our visit was coupled with thunderstorm and rains and it just made the place a lot more cooler. Ishan takes care of his guests well and we were overjoyed with the hospitality. CP, Lajpat Nagar, Sarojini Market are within 30 minutes drive. Anjali is the care taker here and she did everything to make us feel at home. The brilliance of this place is it's simplicity and the space it offers. The mango tree made us nostalgic, reminiscent of summer vacations. This needs to be on your bucket list for sure. We plan to come back soon

Comfortable stay, recommended

Loved the well designed apartment. We were a group of 7 - 2 families and really enjoyed the facilities. Kunal was very helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants. Salim’s restaurant in Kailash colony market is a must visit place for non-vegetarians. Caretaker Vijay, ensured we were well taken care. Will definitely visit again. Thank you Kunal for the lovely stay.

Instay's service is top class. I highly recommend staying at Instay's when visiting Delhi. Their location is very central to all the tourist attractions in Delhi and is in the better part of the city. 5 Star service. Keep up the good work.

We had a wonderful stay at Karan’s place. He was extremely accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even accepting our last-minute request at midnight. He was very responsive and answered all our queries promptly. The house itself is a spacious 2BHK, clean, and well-maintained, with a spotless washroom. It is located inside a secure housing society, so we had no safety concerns. The broadband connection was stable, which was a plus. For families, the society has two parks with play areas for kids, making it a great option for those traveling with children. One small improvement would be to have a power backup, as there were occasional power cuts that left the house in complete darkness. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend Karan’s place to others. Thanks again for hosting us!

Great place at an amazing price. The place is as what looks in the photos. Easy to find. Located inside a building that is under construction, so outside the room is a bit cluttered but it’s still a lively place because people are always coming and going. Located at an amazing location, local gathering place just outside the building, good for street foods, shopping or saloons etc. The insides were clean overall, but a few places were missed which needed deep cleaning. Although nothing alarming, everything was comfortable. The caretaker was available at all times. I’ll give this place 10/10 for value on price, location, amenities, comfort, clean bathroom and bed, accessibility, host responsiveness and a 9/10 on overall room and balcony cleanliness.
