Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Nikos war einfach fantastisch. Das Apartment war nicht nur leicht zu finden, sondern auch äusserst geräumig und komfortabel für zwei Personen. Die Einrichtung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Lage ist toll, ob zu Fuss oder mit dem Auto, man ist schnell in der Nähe von Restaurants, Cafés und einem kleinen Supermarkt, der alles bietet, was man braucht. Besonders haben wir den Garten geschätzt, der jedoch temporär durch eine Baustelle beeinträchtigt war, was aber bald vorbei sein wird. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Une vue époustouflante, une tranquillité parfaite, un hôte très réactif et très chaleureux, tout près des très jolies villes de Elounda et Agios Nicolaos, un environnement idéal pour marcher ou courir en montagne… notre seul regret c’est d’avoir du quitter cette place de rêve.

Séjour exceptionnel, accueil chaleureux, environnement génial, secteur tranquille la nuit et appartement coquet. Merci à Angelika pour tous ces bons conseils et sa gentillesse. Nous reviendrons !

We can find the apartment easily. Parking is just right in front, maybe I didn’t read properly so I didn’t know that there are 2 flights down. We received the information, pictures before the checkin date, they are very precise so we were able to locate the property with no problem. The host helped us take our suitcases down, We really appreciated her help and she also gave us some lemon and veg from her garden. We enjoyed staying at her apartment. Everything we need is there. If you need help the host was just upstairs.

Fantastisch verblijf gehad. Rustige omgeving. 8 minuten lopen van de boulevard. Supermarkt is 5 minuten lopen. Auto is wel handig om te hebben om de rest van het eiland te verkennen. Vriendelijke mensen en appartement was modern en netjes ingericht. Zou zeker jog een keer terug komen

Stayed at Despoina’s Place for five sunny days. The apartment is not overlooked so you can open the door and lie in bed looking at the sea. Matala’s sandy beach and aquamarine water is just a few steps down. There’s a little cafe/bar next door and the lovely staff will bring your morning coffee or your beers to the terrace. We did nothing really, except sit on the beach and enjoy the sun. A couple of days were windy so the sand got blown about - if we’d have stayed longer we might have invested in a wind break. Highly recommended.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Kostas. Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie, gut ausgestattet und mit super Lage direkt am Meer! Es gibt fussläufig viele nette Restaurants. Im nahegelegenen Kamilari gibt es einen schönen Spielplatz. Kostas war sehr kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft ist zu 100% empfehlenswert, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Feels like coming home. Beautiful garden, the premises are maintained with love. The owners clearly put a lot of effort into it, ont just a business. Everything provided that you might need plus a few nice extras like a ping-pong table. Ideal for (small) families and couples.

Hôte très très accueillante. Nous sommes arrivés un soir tard avec deux enfants affamés, Antigoni nous a réservé un restaurant très chouette et nous y amené ! Merci encore pour toutes les attentions. Appartement très agréable à vivre.

A little piace of heaven! This is not just an incredibly beautiful villa with a gorgeous garden and pool. There comes so much more with this stunning location, from the peaceful surroundings to Irina's attention to detail and kindness. If you are looking for a place to relax, recharge and enjoy Crete far from tourist spots in complete privacy this is your place.

This was one of the best houses I stayed in - really modern and great internal design. The two bathrooms are a rarity in Greece and we were really happy that we had them. We enjoyed the very comfortable beds and the pillows. A fully equipped kitchen was also a nice element to the perfect stay. Need to know that the village is on a hill and there is a narrow cobbled street (no direct access by car), but there is a small parking about 150m away from the house.

Appartamento ben ristrutturato, molto spazioso e con ogni comfort a disposizione degli ospiti. Una bellissima terrazza vista mare dove poter ammirare il tramonto e un giardino curatissimo lo rendono veramente speciale. Vaia, Nikolas e l’intera famiglia si sono dimostrati da subito disponibili ed ospitali, li ricordiamo con affetto e simpatia.

Eine Perle und ein schöner Rückzugsort im Süden von Kreta. Die Villa verfügt über alles was das Herz begehrt, ein wunderschöne Aussicht, Pool und eine moderne Küche, die jedes Herz eines Hobby Kochs höher schlagen lässt. Das morgen und abendliche Bad im Pool mit der Aussicht werde ich vermissen. Da es fast keine Lichtverschmutzung hat, sieht man ein Sternenschauspiel und die Milchstrasse von blossem Auge. Einsame Strände sind mit dem Auto innert 30 Minuten sehr gut erreichen, somit ist ein Auto sehr empfehlenswert. Muss kein SUV sein. Sam ist jederzeit erreichbar und kommuniziert sehr schnell. Desweiteren steht er oder Lefteris mit Tips und Ratschlägen jederzeit zur Seite. Sam und Anel sind mehr als Super-Hosts und ich kann ihr Villa zu 200% empfehlen.

Ένας υπέροχος χώρος που σε κάνει να νιώθεις σαν να είσαι στο σπίτι σου, πεντακάθαρος, με πολλές ανέσεις! Πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και πολυκατοικία! Η οικοδέσποινα, εξυπηρετικότατη και ευγενέστατη!!

Die Penthousewohnung für 2 Personen ist 30 min zu Fuss vom Zentrum von Agios Nikolaos in einer sehr schönen und ruhigen Gegend gelegen. Zu dem Apartement gehört auch ein eigener Parkplatz im Hof. Das Highlight ist die riesige private Dachterrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblich auf den Golf von Mirabello. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. alle Räume verfügen über eine Zentralheizung was in der Nebensaison hilfreich sein kann. Aber auch die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen sichert im Sommer Entspannung vor der Hitze. Wer keine Treppen mag, muss vor der Penthousewohnung nicht zurückschrecken, da durch den Lift alles barrierefrei und sehr bequem ist. Die Unterkuft bietet volle Privatsphäre, da sie exklusiv in der obersten Etage gelegen ist. Die Gastgeberin Marianthi ist super nett und antwortet sofort auf Anfragen. Ich kann dieses Aibnb uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Falls wir nochmal Urlaub in Ostkreta machen, werden wir versuchen wieder dieses Apartement zu bekommen.

Für die Lage, lag es sehr ruhig, man hat nur ein paar Gehminuten gebraucht um alle Bars Restaurants zu erreichen. Der Preis war für das was man erhalten sehr gut! Und die Gastgeberin hat uns ebenfalls immer schnell geholfen Kann es nur weiter empfehlen, würde es nochmal buchen

This place cannot be faulted, excellent host, we wanted for nothing. Great location for centre of town, easy walking distance to amenities, would come back here again without hesitation

Bardzo dobre miejsce. Blisko starego miasta, około 10 minut pieszo, ale jednocześnie bardzo cicho i spokojnie w nocy, można doskonale odpocząć. Serdecznie polecam tą lokalizację

This is a great apartment, centrally located and really useful amenities such as the washing machine. The roof terrace is a great sun trap with views to the sea. It's shared with the other holiday apartment but this posed no problem for us and we found it available to use when we wanted. Nikos's parents brought us home made pastries on two mornings. We'd recommend eating out at Scala and Scirocco, but loads of bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The two local beaches were close by. A great apartment and we'd strongly recommend it.

Kostas was a fantastic host and we had a great time in the apartment. He was incredibly responsive, getting in touch shortly after booking to offer tips and support. It had everything we needed for our 6 night stay, and Kostas provided a range of lovely things. Everything was clean and tidy, with really comfortable beds, including the sofa bed for my 9 year old. The private courtyard was a lovely space to unwind after a busy day. The location was great, and easily walkable to everything we needed to do.

Appartamento ampio, pulito e ben accessoriato. Cucina spaziosa, soggiorno, 3 stanze da letto e 2 bagni ed un grande balcone vista mare. In posizione tranquilla a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro storico.
