The apartment is beautiful with an amazing view of the city and the bay of Izmir. It is located across the bay from the city center which is easily reached by a short and beautiful ferry ride. The area is of bars, but upstairs in the apartment there is no noise. The apartment is very comfortable, with three spacious bedrooms with closets to store clothes. The kitchen is spacious and the terrace with a view is more than delicious. Günay was very helpful at all times and when I needed to communicate with him, he responded quickly and efficiently. A perfect place for a 4 day stay. We are 5 friends who rented a car and toured Izmir and its surroundings. The flat has easy access from the roads and there is parking next to the ferry station that seemed very safe. I recommend this place. Don't miss it!

A really cute airbnb not too far from the centre. It looks exactly like the pictures and was perfect for visiting the centre of izmir. Utku was extremely responsive and helpful. The check in instructions were really clear and accurate. There is a bakery and supermarket a 2/3 minute walk from the airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the host and property to anyone visiting izmir centre.

The house was spotless and very tidy as in the photos. Located in a calm and easy-to-reach location. The host was communicative, caring, and welcoming. Everything we needed was available at home, we had a comfortable stay. I would recommend it to everyone with peace of mind
