It has free WiFi, a shared bathroom with a shower (one for two rooms), and a shared fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge and stove. A washer, towels, and linens are also available to guests.

Walking 50 minutes all the time through the woods, you get to the pier in Orlov, along the way you pass a stud farm of horses, grow raspberries, and in the winter you can drink hot raspberry tea.
