Our two-night stay in the apartment was perfect! The place is clean and tidy and just as shown in the pictures. The location was easy to find and it was a great base for exploring Monemvasia (20 minute drive) and Elafonisos Island (40 minute drive). The communication went through Georgia, who was very polite and always available for whatever we needed. They also welcomed us with oranges from their local fields which was a nice touch. We definitely recommend this apartment!

We had an amazing time at Soulas place! The home was exactly as described - clean, comfortable, and full of thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. The location was ideal, quiet, with easy access to Neapolis center. Soula was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Warm and very clean accommodation as described… very nice view of the small port and the sea… a few steps from restaurants and convenience stores and the sea… The host Foteini left us plenty of little treats to make our stay very pleasant

Perfect & clean, modern appartment, with everything & more you will need to spend a fantastic holiday in a small but well provided village! (Supermarked & restaurants just 2 min) (Sandy beach beach is opposit the appartment, to take dip or lounge on the sunbeds & walking distance 3 other beaches to chose from) The front balcony with good table & chairs give a beatifull sea view over the few restarants, bars & sunrise in extraordinary colors!! On the back, where is the entrance, is a yard you can also sit, dry your beachtowels or loundry. (waschingmachine provided) So you can chose to sit in the sun or shade & quiet or watching the seaside with people stroling by in their best summer outfits! The restaurants are all very good quality & enough variarty. Spiros is an exelent host & will respond fast to anything you ask or you might need! I totally recomment Sea Eurchant to anyone who wants to come explore & njoy the beautiull island Kithira & stay in Sea Eurchent as the perfect base!

A nice place with very sweet and welcoming people who also surprised us with food. We had the choice to take one of the upstairs apartments. With 2 terraces and views to the sea. Everything was clean and tidy down to the last detail. We had our little dog with us. Georgia's husband tipped us to visit his home Elafonisi, which was also very special and beautiful. Especially the wide beach Simo there with huge surf waves. At restaurant Ama Laxi, on the road above Neapoli, we were able to eat deliciously. It was still March, but already open.

Small ground floor apartment, very simple; matches the photos well. The essentials are available to stay there (may be missing a coffee maker;) ). Very clean. Shared but nice exterior. The main room that acts as a bedroom is air-conditioned (but relatively cool room even without air conditioning despite the outside heat). (No curtains at the glass entrance door so daylight wakes you up early but it allows you to enjoy the days longer!) Close to city center and beach. Quiet area. Very fluid communication, very nice hosts. 40 min from Pounda (port for Elafonissos) and 35 min from Monemvasia, so perfect location to crisscross the surrounding area. Exceptional stay with a remarkable host! We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home, as charming as it is comfortable. The location is ideal, offering both calm and close to points of interest. The services are of high quality, and every detail has been thought out to make our stay enjoyable. Eleni is an absolutely adorable host, of rare kindness and thoughtfulness. Thanks to it, we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. She was able to spoil us with delicate touches: fresh fruit, chocolates, cakes and pastries… So many small surprises that made our experience even more tasty! In addition to her warm welcome, Eleni is an exciting person, with whom we had very nice discussions. His positive energy and kindness greatly contributed to the success of our stay. We leave delighted and would definitely recommend this place to all. Thanks for everything, Eleni!

The is a great place to rest and enjoy the beauty of the island. Amazing views and stylish interior with all equipment you might need makes it a great and comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and conveniently designed, kitchen has all what you need to cook independently if you like to. We wish to come back again.
