Very cozy and cozy cottage. Very nicely decorated and nice host! Everything you needed was present!

Very nice, communicative hostess. The surroundings were very nice to walk the dog. The cottage has everything you need. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. We had nice conversations with Trienie and she gave us good tips for doing things. We will be happy to return.

What a wonderful place! Enjoyed the peace and visits to the cities in the area. Extensive and healthy breakfast! Certainly subject to repetition.

A lovely place for relaxing, right on the edge of the woods. The private bit of garden is a big plus. I came here for the third time and will definitely visit again.

Nice place in good location. It has everything you need. The bed is very comfortable. There are many things to do in the area, e.g. the zoo is only 2 minutes away. The whole area is very nice. Tonny was very nice and check-in and check-out very flexible. Only that we had to clean ourselves was something unfamiliar. We usually enjoy not having to do that on vacation. :) But it was also no problem, it is also in the description and you can get through quickly with the small apartment. Overall a clear recommendation for the beautiful apartment with very nice hostess.

My return visit to Jeroen's cabin was just as good as my first, and my wife also loved the space and cosy base we made for ourselves over our long weekend in Utrecht and Zeist! Jeroen was a fantastic host once again and I can only continue to highly recommend his cabin as a wonderful Airbnb experience and awesome alternative to far more expensive accommodation in Utrecht or Amsterdam. With the bikes and local public transport links it really feels like a no brainer. Thanks again, Jeroen!

We have greatly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is perfectly located in an area where you can enjoy cycling and hiking. Communication with the host Sonja went well, we would definitely recommend this place! :)

Frank and Celia are very welcoming and give you good tips on the activities or eateries nearby. The cottage is neat, stylishly decorated and quietly located in a cul-de-sac street. Everything has been thought of, you will not be short of anything. The area is also great for cycling or hiking trips. We were there for a long weekend and enjoyed it immensely, highly recommended! We had a very pleasant week in the little corner of paradise offered by Shannon and Erik. The cottage is warm and functional. The environment, all in greenery is pleasant and very quiet...with the company of all kinds of birds in the park. The few neighbors are very discreet, we barely crossed paths during our stay. The location is convenient, not only to explore the area (half an hour from Utrecht, 50 min from Amsterdam) but also to refuel, Ermelo being a small resort town with many shops and shops. Finally, Shannon and Erik are adorable and very responsive if needed. It was perfect.

We had a great time in this beautiful, luxurious cottage. The bed slept fantastically! Enjoyed the sauna and bathtub. Sitting in the sun in front of the accommodation with the company of the pigs, chickens and roosters. Long walk in the adjacent forest with the dog. What we found unfortunate is that in the wellness cottage there were no bathrobes for after the sauna and no bath/shower products. I would also have found a hair dryer very pleasant. But beyond this, again, it was 100% to your satisfaction.

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house in Bussum. We stayed for nearly a month while doing a renovation on our place in Amsterdam. This house was perfect for our needs. It has all the amenities you need for a longer stay, it's an easy commute to Amsterdam (which my wife did almost daily), and there are lots of surrounding parks and forests for the dog to go off leash. In fact, our dog loved it more than our home in Amsterdam. Communication and check-in were prompt and smooth. The house is close to restaurants, stores, and cafes and lots of charming towns are only a short train ride away. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, dog-friendly place to stay, close to nature but with an easy commute to major cities.

A perfect tiny house near Amsterdam with everything you could ever need!

Sometimes everything is right. That was definitely the case here. Upon arrival we were greeted by a beautiful bird song, an evening sun and the stove was already on. The panoramic cabin was full of comforts and it was nice that the bed is in the living space. Wake up to so many windows and that view of the forest is a party. Highly recommend to anyone who loves to nature. Elisa was very responsive and very helpful. We'll be back soon!

The stay with Susanne is pleasant, the location is quiet and nicely located around the corner at Rosendael Castle. The space is nicely decorated and the bathroom is beautiful with a lovely shower. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Susanne is friendly and the communication went very well. Nice place to stay!

The property is very good! The place is very cozy, and Judy is a lovely woman. The shared kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped and the outdoor common area is also great.

I had a nice time at Anja and Hans's cottage. It didn't feel "tiny" at all and everything was definitely to your liking. You will definitely relax in this location and the deer complete it. Anja and Hans were super nice and made sure everything was clear from start to finish. I'd definitely be back again!

We had a very enjoyable stay. There was everything we needed and the hosts were very nice and always available.☺️ the bus connection to Amsterdam is good. There are buses every few minutes. At night, however, it is rather difficult to get back to the accommodation by public transport...otherwise highly recommended

What a great stay had. The cottage had everything you needed. We asked if we could be a little more flexible with the check-out time and this was not a problem which was very nice. We would go back in a heartbeat to enjoy this beautiful place!

After an adventurous hike, we arrived at the Tiny Tukker. What a tranquility and beautiful scenery. Lovely sitting outside in the sun overlooking a deer. It is recommended to stay here if you love the peace and quiet.

We felt at home with Joep and Paulien - just a little greener! Surrounded by small ducks, cows, sheep and simply beautiful scenery. The place itself was also very cozy and just right for us. The communication and hospitality of the two also impeccable. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back ☺️
