Auf etwa 54 m² Wohnfläche im EG erwartet Sie ein gemütliches Zuhause, bestehend aus einem Flur, Badezimmer, Küche, einem Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und einen kleinen Kellerraum. Unsere Ferienwohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür. Eine Lademöglichkeit für ihre E-Bikes, befindet sich innerhalb der Garage direkt am Haus.

Schöne Ferienwohnung am Niederrhein auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof im Haupthaus 1. Etage. Im ländlichen Bereich der Stadt Geldern. Lage zentral aber ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 180 x 200 cm und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten . Auf der Galerie ein Wohnbereich mit Schlafcouch, durch einen Vorhang als separater Schlaf-Raum nutzbar. Voll ausgestattete Wohnküche, ein Badezimmer mit Doppelwaschbecken und Badewanne mit Glasduschwand.

There is also an Italian restaurant and a snack bar in the village. There is a small weekly market once a week.

It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

Our 58 m² holiday apartment is located in the annex of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1787. The building is situated in Geldern between Hartefeld and Vernum, surrounded by meadows and fields, almost in a secluded location. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. You reach the apartment via a steel staircase with a separate entrance and a wooden terrace, which invites you to have breakfast and relax in the sun.
