Auch die Innenstadt, der Tierpark, ein Kletterpark, Bowling, Minigolf, Kino, Friseur und ein Bolzplatz liegen ganz in der Nähe und bieten eine Vielzahl an Freizeitmöglichkeiten. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man ein Hallen- und Freibad, sowie zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The Lorena apartment is located in the municipality of Dittelbrunn, on the southwestern outskirts of Dittelbrunn in the Lower Franconian district of Schweinfurt in Bavaria. The accessible apartment (60 sqm) with balcony is in the perfect location between the old town and the highway/industry. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel right at home. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, the city center is a 5-minute walk.

We rent a cozy 1-room apartment with separate entrance in a quiet village. On request, it is possible to provide an additional single bed. The apartment is equipped with a small kitchenette incl. a stove and microwave oven. A separate bathroom with shower is available. A connection to the A71 highway, as well as various shopping facilities can be reached in 5 minutes. Check-in time after consultation.
