On this floor, there is another bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, and a terrace. Third floor: bedroom with a 130-cm bed. Solarium, terrace. It's very spacious. It is an ideal accommodation to spend a few relaxing days in Seville. Close to shopping centres and sports venues, as well as a marina (Puerto Gelves). You can enjoy a few days surrounded by the tranquility of the environment and a stone's throw from Seville, named the best city in the world to visit in 2018. We do not charge extra for cleaning. There is no extra charge. Fully equipped: The kitchen is separate and has a toaster, microwave, capsule and Italian coffee maker, oven, juicer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. The living room, master bedroom and kitchen all have access to the outdoor terrace. The living room has a large, very comfortable sofa. It also has a hairdryer, free fibre optic internet throughout the house, hot/cold air conditioning, a pellet stove that creates a warm and comfortable atmosphere, a terrace, a roof terrace, a reading area, and double-glazed windows with mosquito nets.
