The apartment is located in the central area of Mar del Plata but without being within the usual movement of the center, so it has a usual noise level of city but without being invasive. It has a comfortable layout and is bright and ventilated. Access to downtown, shopping, and the best-known beaches (Bristol and Varese) is quick on foot, as well as having several lines of collectives available to approach somewhat farther away places like the harbor. Anabella is very kind, she welcomed us on time both in and out and recommended tours in the vicinity to walk and eat.

Very good apartment. Located in a very nice and quiet area. Close to the beach. The host was very attentive and generous, as he adapted without the schedules to an inconvenience I had.

Comfortable apartment conveniently located. Walkable and very close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping mall, the beach etc. The apartment is located close to a Main Street therefore is busy for those that are looking for a place to rest. Communication with Ricardo was seamless, very respectful and always responsive. Ricardo was very flexible and accommodating with our check out time.

The location is excellent, you can do any type of activity on foot. There is always room for parking. Both the check-in and check-out are very flexible. The apartment is great for a few days and has all the necessary accessories.

Excellent experience, very comfortable dpto, I was able to coordinate without a problem and we were greeted with excellent muffins 😋 Two blocks away we had the Supermercado Toledo, with everything! on the corner, about 20 meters, lunch shop and in front of the grocery store. Bakery 2 blocks away and very good Timoteo's pizza that stays around. We stayed with 2 dogs , went out with them for everywhere, lots of pet-friendly businesses. Being 5 blocks from the colon square, everything was very facilitated. Patience with parking, being in a central area you have to leave the car a few blocks away but it is something normal and not at all a complaint. Thank you for everything
