We had an incredible stay at Filipe's apartment! It is absolutely beautiful, with tasteful decorations and impeccable maintenance. It was spotlessly clean, with great heating that made it cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to the park, zoo, bars, and restaurants. Parking was easy, and the welcome instructions were clear and stress-free. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which made it easy to stay connected, and Filipe's communication throughout my stay was outstanding—he was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond. This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay!

A diamond in the rough! Fantastic location and cozy living space made our stay even more perfect while visiting with family. The home was cozy and clean and offered all the amenities you could need, like a home away from home. Our fur baby was able to quickly acclimate to being away from home given the extreme comfy vibe. If you’re looking for a great space this is the one!

Annette was an excellent communicator. Our group had five and that was the perfect amount for this space. The open plan living room made socializing easy, and the enclosed front balcony was a nice space to start the morning.

This was our favorite place so far in Swillburg and South Wedge. Quiet Street. Great parking. SO close to amenities! and a very nice, clean atmosphere inside. We hope to stay here again as we visit the area frequently.

Feel like home. Cozy and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shopping complex near me. Highly recommended for sure.

Had a wonderful weekend stay! Mary was very responsive to any messages I sent to her, and the place was perfect! I would definitely look to stay here again if in the Buffalo area. Mary even went so far as to offer to mail me an item that I left! Over and beyond! Highly recommend!

Kevin and April were very nice hosts. Easy to communicate with and quick to address a minor issue. The house was clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable and the towels/linens were new and fluffy. We were there over Christmas and they had no issue with us putting up a Christmas tree to help the house feel cozy and festive! We would easily stay again and highly recommend this Airbnb.

Felt right at home. We had a longer stay (3 weeks) so having all the things; laundry, full kitchen, dishwasher.. was perfect. The half circle driveway is great for not only getting out on the busier street but also loading and unloading the car. The beds were so comfy I slept so well. Having everything accessible on the first floor (except laundry) is great for mobility issues and giving second floor and basement space is great for family members to space out. Super happy with our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Sajjad and Jennifer for your hospitality!

Very peaceful place with wildlife right out back, yet still close to the airport and shopping. Clean and roomy feel. Great community. Super responsive and accommodating host. We'd love to check back in when we return to Rochester!

If I could give this place more than five stars I definitely would! This Airbnb is fantastic! Beautiful home, large spaces and all the amenities and extras you could hope for! It was even decorated for Christmas with a tree and assorted very tasteful decorations. There were even lights on the house! Everything about this stay made me feel so at home. The neighborhood is beautiful and my interactions with some of the locals were great. The next door neighbor even came without being asked and offered to help remove some snow from a light snowfall we had. He wouldn’t take no for an answer and was what anyone would want in a neighbor. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hopefully it will be available again the next time I am in town. Thank you so much!

I recently moved back to Rochester, NY but my new place wasn't ready yet. I stayed at Adham's home for the month of February. The quaint living room furnishings made me feel at home, and the more modern kitchen and bedroom were both functional and comfortable. Having stayed for so long the washer and dryer were essential. An enclosed front porch was designed as a work space, and being there the month of February the heat vents kept the room usable. The house is set back from the road, which allowed for more privacy but during my time there it snowed nearly every day. Adham always kept the driveway meticulously shoveled, and never commented on my poor reverse-driving skills. My host provided some little extra touches that were both unexpected and welcomed. I can't think of anything that could have allowed for an easier transition. Thank you, Adham!

Stayed here for a couple nights. Great place in a great neighborhood. House was clean and had everything we needed. Kevin was responsive and the entire process was simple. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Cute house, private and plenty of room in the house! Deer were plentiful and it was awesome to see them through the windows every day. We got lots of pics and videos of them.

Our stay at Anthony's home was absolutely wonderful! The house was in a great location. It was clean, cozy and more than met all of our family's expectations. Jessica's apartment was just as pictured on the listing. Check in was easy and we had no issues getting into the apartment and settled. Everything was there that we could possibly need for our stay. Its location right next to the Martin House was really special and there is an especially great view from the kitchen windows. The street the house is on is also very picturesque and quintessential Buffalo. There is even a great pub in walking distance, the Parkside Meadow, which was perfect for a quick bite after we got settled in. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our family visit to Buffalo, Jon's home is located in a great area for taking strolls around the neighborhood, and close to some really fantastic restaurants. The home itself was ample space, and for anyone who loves the charm of an old home, this had it in spades. It was really lovely, clean, and had all the amenities a family with a baby could need. We would definitely recommend checking out Jon's place.

Booked as a surprised for my bills-fan husband the weekend of our wedding. Pretty cool place. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was fine! If you’re coming here to watch football- keep in mind it’s a projector screen and not a tv. Sound only comes from the projector. The screen isn’t taught so I don’t think it’d be be best place for watching parties. But other than that we had a great time!

I travel a lot for work and family leisure and prefer to stay at airbnbs where they are clean, comfortable, and the host pays attention to detail. This property knocked it out of the park!
