There is no other place in Geneseo like this! We are located on 1500 acres in the Genesee River Valley right next door to the the National Warplane Museum (this is a flying museum with a grass strip}. Look east for an enchanting view of SUNY Geneseo or west for one of our famous sunsets. You are surrounded by fertile fields and a wide open sky. Five horses right outside your window add to the magic of it all. Just 1 mile from Main St and the college, on a private drive right off Rt. 63.

The Nut House

This apartment is located in a beautiful country setting. There is private parking available for guests. Located on the first floor is the entrance to the hallway. Once inside you will have a private door to enter your private apartment. Outside you can enjoy your private patio in the back, a well kept yard, and very nice gardens. There is no stove, but we do offer amenities for simple cooking and reheating food. We also offer a basic continental breakfast with cereal and coffee.

We have a very nice size yard for camp fires and just relax in without any neighbors.Welcome to a peaceful country home in the middle of several very large ponds. Relax on the covered screened porch or the back deck for peaceful meals or just some bird watching. Not super far off the road but you feel like it. Road is pretty quiet and lots of wild life.
