Room in a new home out of the ground in 2024. Very well located in Geneva, 3 minutes walk several bus lines, including line 3 which leads to the train station in 12 minutes. The building is in a park and has a large furnished balcony. The bedroom has a desk and storage facilities. The property is occupied by a sociable couple (26-30 years old) working in full time.
