Beautiful villa flat with exceptionel location

Charming 125 year old house with beautiful details, big windows and a stunning light. A private garden with terracce and BBQ for lovely summer evenings with good food and come wine. The location is exceptionel with only a 5 min walk to the beach, harbour and playground - and good shopping! The city center of Copenhagen is easily reached either with car (15 min) or train (10 min). Two big bedrooms upstairs (kids rooms); one room with 2 x 120 cm beds that can easily be shared by 4 kids. And one room with a single bed that can be extended to 160 cm. One double bed in the basement. No parking on the premise but free parking in the street in front of the house.

Copenhagen - Lovely bright apartment

Beautiful bright living room / 1st floor apartment of 100 m2, with a lovely sunny balcony. The apartment is located in the charming beach town of Hellerup, where you will find many unique shops and cozy cafes. The apartment is close to Bernstorffsvej S-tog station - about 15 minutes to Copenhagen city center. In addition, connection north to, among other places, Louisiana and Helsingør. The apartment is an older, private residence where I live on a daily basis with my two teenage boys, so don't expect 'hotel cleaning' - but rather a charming private home.

Nice warm apartment you have for yourselves with mini kitchen, bathroom and lovely bed with down duvets. Private entrance. Nice environment. Wifi and TV. Extra small cozy living room with radio. I will be at your disposal for any questions. There's plenty of room for your stuff. Including bed linen/towels. Large selection of cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and specialty stores + best ice cream parlor :) 10 min. walk to Dyssegård St., train to the city center, 15 min. Bus 6A (3 min.) to the city center, 20-25 min. Note: Ceiling height 190 cm.

Cozy room with private entrance

The room is simple and brightly decorated, with a sofa, table, good chairs and a double bed. And views of the garden. A hallway leads to rooms with wardrobe as well as microwave, fridge, Nespresso, kettle, etc. which are only for tenants of the room. And from here on to the bathroom and toilet, which are only used by tenants. The area is a 10-minute walk to the S-train and bus to Copenhagen with culture and shopping, North Zealand, Louisiana, Kronborg etc. Walking experiences in nature in Dyrehaven, nearby parks and by the sea and beach.

Overnight on the water

Enjoy a stay in a true Danish classic, designed in 1966 and built in 1973. This boat is built in fiberglass, with interiors in Teak and mahogany with a focus on spaciousness. Enjoy life on the aft deck and the coziness of the evening in the salon. It is possible to heat the boat if it gets cool in the evening. Food cannot be heated on board. There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, Nespresso machine and service. Towels, dish towels and bed linen are ready upon arrival. There are coffee capsules, toilet paper and hand soap.

Luxury villa of 400 m2, 5BR, large sunny terrasse, outside dining and large garden. In beautifull Hellerup - close to city center, tourist attractions, nice beaches, play grounds and green areas. Easy quick transport to city center. Ground and 1st floor have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (325 m2), easily fitting 2 families. But the villa also has an apartment below (staircase inside house) with 1 bedroom (sleeping 2-4), bathroom and living-/dining room, if you are 2 families and wish extra privacy.

The bed-sittingroom, home for one. No smoking in house. Pleasant basement room with a comfortable single bed , two good armchairs for lounging and reading , and a small desk for working, book case and room for clothes. Adjoining bathroom with shower, hair dryer . Kitchenette with cooking facilities, refrigerator, microoven, toaster and electric kettle. - washing machine/drier, that you may use ONLY upon request :) I speak fluent English/French. German and understand Italian.

The flat is comprising dining room, living room, larger room with one single bed and Master bedroom with King Size bed. Large kitchen with new appliances and a light bathroom. The place is close to the sea, very nice shops, restaurants etc. Hellerup is known for its top location/amazing soroundings 7km north of CPH.

The S-train is 5 min walk away and will take you down town Copenhagen in 10 min. The apartment has a big terrace and a garden for the warm summer days/nights. 3 bedrooms with double beds, a big working space with a sofa that can be used as a single bed. Free parking on the street.

Newly renovated house close to the center of Copenhagen

Lovely newly renovated house close to the city center and metro station, and only two km to the beach. The house has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything is new, and there is a high level of order and cleanliness. We travel a lot ourselves and know what it takes to be a good host. :-) Bonus: The pool is about 3.2 x 7.5 meters. The chemicals are in order, but there is no pool boy, so guests must remove any leaves and insects themselves :-)

This stylish yet cosy place in trendy Hellerup is perfect for couples who visit Copenhagen and its northern surroundings, including Louisiana modern art museum. 5min walk distance to beach (for a morning swim), lovely harbour, boutique shops and multiple eateries/take out places. Sunny balcony off the bedroom to take your morning coffee and chill for the rest of the day. Fast wifi. 10min walk to train station. Bus in front of building.
