So it's no secret that I became a fisherman~ :) # Fishing village retro healing house • Take a mudflat to the central market. • Water play and picnic are possible on the beach. • Go fishing at the port in front of your nose. • Enjoy Netflix with a beam projector. • Please relax as if you've come to visit your grandmother's house in a fishing village. There is no convenience and luxury like a hotel or resort. You might feel uncomfortable. But nowadays, only old houses have countless years and romance that are hard to see. It will be another inspiration to your life. Just like I did here. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway.

Sparkling waves in the sunlight [Yeongrangbangye]

This is a wonderful accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain from a large window that is filled with warm sunlight. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, making it great for couples, friends, or family to use. The property has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living room and kitchen, and a veranda. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, so there is no inconvenience for 4 people traveling together. You can watch TV, Netflix, and more while lying in bed. There is a small terrace, so it is also good to have a cup of tea in the warm sun and nature on a sunny day. Go outside and go down the hill a little to reach the lake. Enjoy a slow walk around the beautiful Yeongrang Lake all year round. (It has been operated with a new interior since September 23, 2021.)

어느덧 속초에 반하여 거주한지도 5달. 조금씩 익숙해지는 속초의 모든것들... 첫번째 공유 숙소 '모드니 속초해변'을 너무나도 많은 분들이 선택해주셨고 아껴주시고 사랑해주셔서 두달만에 '슈퍼호스트'가 되었고 매월 풀부킹을 해주셔서 감사드리며 아울러 많은 요청과 성원에 두번째 프로젝트를 시작하려합니다. '모드니 속초해변'과 같은 건물 구옥빌라를 리모델링하였습니다. 첫번째 컨셉은 해변과 어우러지는 라탄소재와 우드톤을 살려 러블리한 느낌을 강조했다면 두번째 이야기의 주제는 '미니멀'입니다. 요즘 각광받고있는 모듈가구와 어우러지는 모던함,화이트와 블루,옐로우의 화려하지만 차분한 색감,방 두칸의 문을 모두 철거하고 20평의 공간을 최소인원으로 넉넉히 사용하실 수 있습니다. 발코니 공간에 초록의 송림을 바라보고 있으면 벅차오르는 상쾌함, 1호점보다 쾌적하고 확트인 뷰는 근처의 속초해변 유명한 카페 보사노바의 그것과 같습니다. '모드니 두번째 이야기'를 시작합니다.
