House vacation rentals in Georgia

Edo was an excellent host and the house was very clean, well kept, and we had everything we needed. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone else and know that Edo will do what he can to take care of you. In addition, there were plenty of dishes for our large family, dish detergent, laundry detergent, coffee, tea, an expresso machine with the capsules, and two dishwashers.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house with a large and well-maintained territory. Location is close to Batumi, you can reach the city by car within 15 minutes. The hosts, Nino and Shota, were incredibly kind and responsive, quickly solving any questions we had with great empathy and care. And the nicest Grandpa Simon regularly brought us his homemade chacha and wine:) Overall, a fantastic place with wonderful people — we would love to come back!

It's very close to the sea. Comfortable, modern, beautiful house. 3 couples stayed (each had their own bedroom) + we were with a dog (corgi). There was a pool on the property! Very comfortable and cool.

Fantastic place to stay. The villa is huge, beautiful, clean, grand and kept in a great condition. We were a group of 8 and could possibly fit 8 more people. The pool is a highlight and such a relief after a long day out. Very conveniently located to Tbilisi. FYI, follow host’s directions to get to the house. Maia and Vano, that live on premises are the most warm and hospitable people. If we needed anything, they would go above an beyond. There may be water issues during your stay, but if you communicate these, the issue will be resolved in no time. Good kitchen and spectacular dining room. Backyard and its residents (doggies, turkeys (?)) are picturesque. Oh and the wine!!

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!

Mr. Zurab and his family are extraordinary people. They welcomed us very warmly. Thank them for the gifts. The house fully corresponds to the description. We found the ideal cleanliness and environment: comfortable beds and good bed linen, towels and a fully equipped kitchen. I must mention the air conditioners in the living room and bedrooms. The terrace is very large, with furniture, hammocks and a swing. An ideal place to spend time. The yard is big, beautiful and tidy. Good parking place for cars. Great recommendation from all of us. The place was very homey and comfortable. The kitchen is very good for cooking with full of equipments and we had a good time there :-) They are very helpful we feel like home

Nice, cozy apartment with low ceilings. The metro is a 15-minute walk. The area is not the most interesting in the city, but there are many shops (including large) and vegetable shops nearby. There are plenty of dishes, an oven, and plenty of kitchen shelves. There is a microwave, which is not always the case in Tbilisi. Comfortable armchairs and bed. The closet is not big, but there is a lot of space under the ladder for suitcases. There is a gas heater, it warms up the living room well, but it does not reach the bedroom and toilet very well.

Home is in a nice spot. There is a gazebo and a grill on the area. On the first floor, there is a large living room with fireplace and sofa. The house has modern furniture and Technics. The bedrooms have white bed linen and towels, body wash and shampoo. The house has a set of dishes - plates, several tea cups, cutlery, but there is no cutting board and corkscrew, which was a big surprise. There are no glasses for wine or other drinks either. There is a beautiful mountain view around, you can walk to the creek. A great place for a weekend with family or friends.

Very clean cabin. There was a barbecue place. Close to downtown. Everything you need for a place to stay.

Irma and her family are very warm, attentive and communicative hosts. The house is very cozy, beautiful, comfortable and very clean. Peaceful environment where you can rest well. I recommend it.

I would highly recommend this listing! Giorgi is a cultured host, at the right level of English, very nice and very invested who will guarantee you a great stay.:) The space itself is very clean and well appointed, with plenty of space to move around. The atmosphere is really warm and you will have all the necessary amenities. Finally, the fact that it is off-center from the city center (20min walk) guarantees a certain calm as well as a green space carefully guarded by a very playful and affectionate dog. And if you don't want to walk: the taxis are numerous, fast and very inexpensive (2 laris to go to the city center, 3 laris to go to the train station) and will allow you to discover the city but also and especially its surroundings thanks to its strong offer by bus and marshrutki!

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

The location of the house is great, everything you need is nearby. The house is very clean and everything was working in the house. Keti always responded very quickly and we enjoyed our stay very much :)

The place is wonderful, quiet, calm. The hotel is 10 minutes walking from the center. Tamar was a great host. She even came with her car to recollect us from the nearby village or made a splendid reservation for horse riding in a horse ranch. Very kind and helpful host. Actually I travel a lot. I use Airbnb to get more authentic experience. Sometimes I am really lucky and discover amazing , unique places , accommodations, this apartment hosted by Maia was one of those special places. No matter how you get to Tbilisi, you have had a long day , to arrive such a perfect , cozy, peaceful and friendly apartment, which is very trendy and fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. I felt like a home and it was a great start of my journey. The accommodation is located in the heart of capital Tbilisi, cafes, restaurants, markets and sightseeings are around, also, there is no problem to reach Metro or public transport. Maia is a brilliant host and was able to create a real impact on my stay in her apartment. Through her vast knowledge about Tbilisi, the history and surroundings, she could enrich my experience greatly. Everything was brilliant, high class! 100% recommend! Book if you want to feel real Tbilisi.

Maia's house was perfect for us. It is close to ski areas. There is a bus stop to Didveli gondola a few minutes walk away. Driving is also easy. The best part is that there is hill for sledding just across the street. The house is kept warm. The beds are good enough for us. We would certainly recommend the place to our friends.

Lela is very kind and responds to messages right away. The apartment is simple but there is everything you need, in the bathroom it is a little cold but the rest of the apartment is cozy and has a good temperature. You can reach the center of Kutaisi comfortably on foot without parking problems

A gorgeous drive in breathtaking scenery, then a bowl of hot soup and fresh bread waiting for us in a beautiful, clean and perfectly updated home with incredible charm and love. Tamta was the most amazing host with perfect communication and an eye for design and hospitality. Tamta and Emma made all of our meals, lit fires for us and welcomed us with local specialities like cucumber and tomato salad with walnuts, homemade cheese, tkemali, and mchadi. The bedrooms were clean, spacious and warm and there was plenty of light and hot water. There are several breathtaking walks from the house-we love animals and enjoyed seeing the pigs, boars, cows, and friendly local dogs. I wish we had reserved a week. There was so much to do for families that love the outdoors, history, and reading by the fire. We went home with our bags full of quinces, local honey and incredible memories of Georgia!
