Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! The apartment can accommodate a maximum of six people and is located close to the city center in a quiet, family-friendly residential area. Downtown and the city train station can be reached within ten minutes.

Our 80 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and direct access to the barrier-free bathroom with a walk-in shower. The living area consists of a spacious fully equipped kitchen with adjoining living room (including sofa bed). Both rooms can be separated or connected by a double glass door. You can row on the Water Rower in the WZ and then let yourself be pampered on the massage seat.
