You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

The apartment GAU.GLÜCK:) on the outskirts of Gaukönigshofen, located directly on the Mühlbach pond, is located almost in the center of the EU, 20 km south of Würzburg, in the middle of the Ochsenfurt Gau. The apartment, newly renovated with a lot of heart and soul in 2021, is located on the upper floor and can accommodate 5 people. If necessary, we will provide a children's travel bed. A high chair is also available. Reading material for all ages and board games for the whole family ensure good entertainment.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Our quiet apartment is located on the outskirts of Kist, just 15 minutes away from downtown Würzburg. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen, towels and all the essential toiletries are included, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The good transport links, proximity to the A3 and A81 as well as shopping facilities in the village make your stay even more comfortable. In addition, a bus stop is only 350 meters away.

House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Preserving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We are delighted that our apartments have been included in the 2019 architectural tours.
