Well appointed and modern apartment, quiet in the evenings and beds extremely comfortable. Very well equipped kitchen and utensils. A short steep walk into town, or a longer easier route if necessary. 4m drive to the ski lift, we found parking every day. I’d recommend booking a ski locker in advance of a trip as they were all booked out over school holidays, so we had to keep skis in our car.

Excellent stay and accommodation with exceptional views and well-equipped. Accurate to photos. Point of attention, not towels. The owner is responsive, I would recommend!

We had a pleasant stay, the accommodation was impeccable, Rémy was responsive and very welcoming, he provided us with coffee , tea, condiments, paper, board games. We enjoyed the visit of the sheepfold and all the information provided by Rémy about the sheep, the children loved it, surely to redo and recommend this cottage. Thank you Rémy Ouiza

We left for 6 (4 adults and 2 teenagers) and 2 dogs from March 5-9. A great stay in this cottage. Everything we were looking for was there: calm, a great view, a cozy and functional chalet, excellent restaurants (with unanimous mention for the Gauls), super nice activities like skiing, snow tobogganing, visit to the Mont d 'Or cheese factory, adventure park... We keep a great memory and the children (already adult and teenager) are already talking about coming back 😅 note: the heating is programmed but we can get back on it to increase the temperature of the cottage at our convenience. For the showers we did not think about it but it is possible to ask to increase the hot water capacity to cover the needs especially if big family like us because the programming covered 5 good showers. The host is really teased to answer our questions. Don't hesitate! Finally, all that to say that I would highly recommend this cottage!!! thank you for hosting us

We found the house fairly easily. Sandrine was accommodating after we arrived late due to Eurotunnel delays the day before. The house was lighter and brighter than in the photos and was very prettily decorated with lovely Alpine things- even Christmas decorations which was lovely. It was all very clean, tidy, modern and warm. I had possibly misread the room descriptions because the third bedroom is an alcove in the upstairs hall and not a bedroom with a door. My teen daughter was upset and then had an argument with her brother about who had the room with the door but as he is too tall for the junior bunk bed she ended up with it and it was fine. We very much enjoyed our stay. There is a fondue dish and a raclette set which was great. We were worried about being snowed in but the snowplough was out at 5.30am. The house is near a main road so there was a very small amount of road noise. Sandrine and Yann are friendly and helpful - thank you very much.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. We had a great time at Lidwine's place. The house was clean, well-equipped and conveniently located near three ski resorts. The view from the place was just beautiful! Lidwine is a welcoming and responsive host. We would recommend it in a second.
