“In Gozo the best thing you can do is stay at Lina's and David's place. Before booking it I've read most of the reviews and everyone seemed so grateful and satisfied that it made me wonder what could be so special about this place. Well now I know, and honestly words are not enough to describe it. The hosting definitely makes it amazing. We felt like we were visiting family members. They are so caring, attentive, and received us with such warmth, it really was a pleasure to meet them. As we arrived David provided us with a bottle of fresh water, which we really appreciated. The house is just like in the pictures and in description, clean, cosy, quiet, authentic, with everything you need, decorated with Lina's wonderful paintings. I loved the Bougainvillea above the front door, always wanted to stay in a house that had one. We used the bus to get there, the house is in walking distance from the station, buses though are not very frequent (1 per hour). Of course there are other options, you can rent a car or bike. Take a few minute walk and you can enjoy the views of the island. Breakfast was delicious with a pleasant atmosphere (music and candle light), it had 5-6 kinds of cereal, milk, tea, coffee, toast with butter and different kind of gems, peanut butter, a platter with different kind of cheeses (I liked the one with chilly) and ham, boiled eggs, different fruits, yogurt, juice, what more can you ask for. Our room was clean, spacious, there is also a little balcony where you can sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. The bathroom was also clean, the shower place was quite generous, Lina made sure we had clean towels every day, and she even provided beach towels which is a plus :). It was so nice to chat with Lina and David, they are funny and kind, I just wish we could have had more time to do so, they have so many stories, also have traveled a lot, know so many things and are aware of almost everything that happens in the world, they are the kind of people you can learn a lot from, wonderful company. 100% Recommended. Thank you very much for everything! :)”

“A true oasis. The farmhouse is full of charm and very peaceful. Its terrace is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun set behind the plateau with a glass of wine to end your day. The village of Ghasri and surrounds are a quiet respite and the perfect escape from the modern world. There is a timelessness to both the farmhouse and the village. Wandering the back roads of the island as the locals have done for generations is not just a great way to see the sights but also get your exercise, and is very much in tune with the rhythm of island. Ana is the perfect host, great communication, picked us up at the ferry terminal and helped us settle in before taking us grocery shopping. We stayed for a week but wished it was longer. Gozo and Razzett Dhyana are the perfect counter-point to Valletta and are a must for your stay in Malta.”
