Vacation rentals in Gia Luận

The house is spacious and sufficiently furnished. It’s in a back alley and this way mostly quiet. Not very central so a motorbike rental is recommended, one bike is included with the place. Enjoy the local food just a few doors down which is a hidden treasure. Great for a few nights stay, easy communication. Be aware that the mattress is on the harder side, if your sensitive for that.

Very kind and lovely host. Easily accessible. The house is like in the pictures. Very spacious and nice. The only bad thing is that it's far from everything, even for a coffee in the morning. It is true that a grab costs 1.3 euros in the marina, where there is more life, but you have to know that you have nothing close to go. The fridge had beers and cocacolas and water (great detail) and had tea to make as well as some food. The house is comfortable for up to 6 people.

Everything was perfect, very well located with many shops around and the motorbike rental is very cheap. Xuân is very nice and helpful. The vegan restaurant is also great!

We loved our stay on this floating home. The peaceful location on the water watching the birds fly around, villagers boating around, and the fish jump was exceptional. The care of Linh and his wife Ha made us feel like family. They are so kind and attentive. And Linh is an amazing chef- the food was five stars! One of our favorite experiences!

We had an amazing stay! The host went above and beyond—she picked us up from the bus station, let us rent a motorbike directly from her, cooked rice for us, and even helped with our laundry. She is incredibly kind and made us feel truly welcome. The house itself is spacious, well-equipped with everything you might need, and very comfortable for remote work. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, hassle-free stay with a wonderful host!

We had a great stay on the Island of Cat Ba. The accommodation had everything we needed to be comfortable including a washing machine which was helpful when travelling light. Minh provided lots of information on what was available to us on the island. The previous guests left early so my husband and grandson were able to get in early. They arrived around 8:30 am after a 12 hour bus ride from the Northern part of Vietnam so they really appreciated getting early admittance. The home was very colourful and had a front veranda which was a perfect place to unwind after a day of activity. My husband appreciated being able to rent a motorcycle at the homestead which made our stay even more enjoyable, as we were able to get around the island on our own. The AirBnB is off the beaten path but not far from the waterfront. There was ample space for several guests and I would definitely recommend for a family or group of friends. We had such an amazing stay at the Blue Lagoon. The location is set back from the main road and very peaceful. Hai is an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host - it was my partner’s birthday and he made us cocktails on the house and helped us to order takeaway to eat at the Airbnb (we loved the setting so much we wanted to have birthday dinner in)! When it rained overnight he left an umbrella outside our cabin for us and when we wanted coffee the morning we were leaving he made them for us on the house as we had already paid. The coffee is incredible and Hai gave us a tutorial of how to make it ourselves when we get round to buying our own filter. The dog and cats are gorgeous and so friendly, we miss them already. The only issue we had was with the sewage smell from the bathroom, which other people have previously commented on. Despite this we thoroughly recommend staying here!
