The in-law apartment as a 1-room apartment with outdoor terrace is a starting point for activities (e.g. LEGO-Land, Peppa PIG Park, Steiff Museum, Ulmer Dom, Charlottenhöhle) or hikes very suitable. The new building in 2022 is quietly located in a dead-end street on the field with a playground. Google maps images are still outdated. The new development is already completely developed. It can accommodate up to 4 people + baby. Kitchen, bathroom with shower, private entrance and parking available.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor in the basement. It is fully equipped with 54 m². In the apartment there is a bedroom, bathroom, a nice dining room, living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used, including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, such as Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a fitter's or worker's apartment.

Quiet 1 room apartment 35 sqm with beautiful views

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Cozy rustic room to turn off

Apartment is located on the outskirts of Nattheim, not very far away from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is located in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only needed for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). Perfect to unwind and relax...

Attic apartment in a beautiful outskirts location, but still centrally located with direct connection to the bike path and fantastic hiking trails over Härtsfeld and further afield. In less than a 5-minute walk you will find the baker, butcher, banks, pharmacy, medical center and much more. Sights such as Thurn Castle & Taxis, Stauferburg Katzenstein, as well as Neresheim Monastery are only a small part of the highlights around Dischingen.

The perfect place for a retreat from everyday life. The apartment is comfortable and cozy. It has its own entrance and offers a bedroom for up to four people (bed and sofa bed), a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped. In the living and entrance area, you can make yourself comfortable on one of the two comfortable leather sofas in front of the warm wood-burning stove and simply enjoy the time out.
