Die Einkaufsstraße „Seltersweg“ erreichst du zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten, den Bahnhof in 15. Barrierefreier Zugang und Parkplatz auf dem Hof vorhanden.

Enjoy our newly renovated and stylish studio apartment with a wide view (10th floor) in the heart of Giessen. The apartment (50 sqm) consists mainly of a spacious room. The view goes into the foothills of the Vogelsberg Despite the central location, the apartment is pleasantly quiet. Public transport, city library, town hall, congress hall, theatre, cinemas, pedestrian zone, restaurants, organic shop, weekly market (Wed. and Sat.), botanical garden, museums, etc. are in the immediate vicinity.

Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

The house "Wassu" was completed in January 2024 and is located in Watzenborn- Steinberg. The amenities are beautiful and invite you to feel good. The apartment consists of a living room with a TV, an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a rain shower, a bedroom with a double bed and a TV, a storage room and a fenced terrace. Underfloor heating and electric blinds in every room. Parking is at your disposal for free. Non-smoking!

I offer a nice, comfortably furnished and quietly located granny apartment for rent. It is equipped with shutters, carpet and floor heating. 2 single beds and a very comfortable sofa bed for 2 people serve as a sleeping area. A table and 4 chairs form the center for a cozy round. In the mini-kitchen there is a sink, 2 hotplates, fridge, toaster, microwave, extractor hood and much more. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and tumble dryer.

Kuschelige Sauna- sowie Duschhandtücher liegen bereit und das bequeme Boxspringbett rundet die Erholung ab.
