Our rental is primarily aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are close to Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly distinguished by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hannover. Despite the good accessibility of the exhibition grounds and the centre in Hanover, our property also offers you the necessary peace and quiet.

The attic apartment has a living area including Wi-Fi and smart TV, a sleeping area for 2 people, a bathroom and a small kitchenette. A complete kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob is available in the basement. In the garden, there is a seating area by the garden pond including barbecue. On our estate there are many more animals to admire - chickens (also roosters!!!! that is, the alarm clock in the morning "rings" sometimes a little earlier), geese, ducks, horses, quails... This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.
