Vacation rentals with a patio in Gijón

Very happy with the accommodation, it is in a quiet area, you can park easily, supermarket next door and it has a bus stop very close, the apartment was very clean and the owners left us snacks, food and drinks and a gift for the kids, as I said, but very happy with this accommodation

Beautifully decorated apartment with very luxurious elements to make for a very pleasant stay. The kitchen is well equipped beyond the basics to make for a very comfortable time. The location is next to a children’s park and many local shops and restaurants. The host very helpful and attentive to our needs. Overall à very very nice stay and at a great value for a family. Raquel is very attentive, good communication. The stay was very pleasant, the apartment was very comfortable, clean and tidy, very complete with all the necessary amenities and more, we would repeat.

Carlos is an exceptional person, very good communication with him and he made sure everything was to our liking. He welcomed us with a bottle of cider and some casavielles. The apartment as shown in the photos was impeccable. We travel a lot and stay in many apartments and it is the first time we have found a clean apartment, a clean kitchen, an impeccable bathroom and many details, it is truly appreciated. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and we were able to rest. You have everything around you: Alimerka, Carrefour Express, pharmacy. It also allows you to be with your dog and comes with a parking space.

David is an excellent host. We were arriving later than the agreed time and not only did not pose problems but offered us all the facilities in the world. At the check-out, since I did not have any pending entrance, we were offered to check out at the time we would like . I was always attentive and answered the messages very prompt. She advised us places to visit and places to eat. The apartment is great too. I recommend it!

We spent a month in Ivan's apartment and we really enjoyed it. Firstly, it's convenience - it has an underground parking place (a bit small for a larger car but it's how it is in most of Spain), it has a proper desk and an office chair for work, the internet was reliable and we found everything needed to cook, organise our stuff, etc. Its location is great, especially if you have a dog. There is a park a few steps away, another park 15 minutes away, the beach is 25 minutes walking. There are at least a few groceries shops nearby. The apartment itself was clean, nicely organised and decorated, we felt like at home. Ivan was friendly and responsive, provided some tips and recommendations. I'd highly recommend this place.

It is a typical house and very nice. Very good to disconnect and be in touch with nature. From there you can go to many places with good communication. Loli has been a sky, I'm waiting for us to explain everything and he came to spend some time with us when we went to Gijón.

Wonderful house in a charming village surrounded by nature. It has stunning views and the house is very well equipped. Very well located for excursions.

The vote was shockingly amazing. It’s the only house on the cliff which seems like it was on a national park ground or something. It felt like something out of a dream I had when I was 9 years old. You literally feel like you are in the edge of the earth.

Dreamy house, it was very well equipped, clean and beautiful, in a quiet area where only the birds could be heard in the morning when waking up. If you want to disconnect a few days for the wonderful Asturias esta es tu casita. The very pending hosts with clear and easy directions and recommendations! From 10!! We have been in the house for a week, 4 families with children, and despite being more than the capacity of the house, we have been and we did very well. The house has only one bathroom, but outside it has another WC and shower that helped not collapse the one in the house. Monica is a super host, always attentive to any need, always available and willing to help and make recommendations of plans, places to visit and where to eat....very grateful and very happy of the holidays in her home!!!

The house is just as you can see in the photos, a very quiet rural area, ideal for resting and disconnecting. Sergio , the host, super friendly and willing.The even a detail on arrival for us and for our dog ( who finally couldn't come ). Highly recommended.

We were in La Solariega for a few days and it was a wonderful experience. The house is located in a privileged setting, surrounded by nature and with an absolute tranquility that invites you to rest from the first moment. It's the place to disconnect from the noise and connect with the essentials. The house is immaculately equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable and worry-free stay. You can see the affection and care in every detail, from the decor to the utensils available. Everything is designed to make sure you have everything you need. And what about Nadia, the host: attentive, kind and always willing to help. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Definitely a place we would love to return to. Totally recommended.

Very quiet area and very nice views to watch the sunset and stars. Close to the beach. The house is very bright and clean, we were delighted with the house and the easy communication with the host. Thank you very much.

We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. We had a very comfortable stay. Marta and Cipri have been very attentive@s. The accommodation has all the amenities that may be needed, cerce of recommended sites to visit. We would repeat!

The apartment was super good and clean. God, I like to sleep there. Liliana is a delight, from the moment of confirming the reservation until checkout. We had the crib ready for the baby and the sofacama, gave us directions and recommendations for meals, and went out of his way to take care of us. The place was very quiet, but very close by car to town and beaches. Liliana's dogs are very quiet and affectionate. 100% recommended.

Alicia is a great host, she helped us a lot and was super attentive with some personal difficulties we had, nothing to do with the accommodation that is exceptional, clean and very well kept, with a wonderful location. The Casona del Pantano is highly recommended. It is very clean, has everything you need, with very comfortable beds, the garden is very nice with a barbecue and outdoor tables. Iris is always attentive to your comfort and needs. It is very centrally located to enjoy Asturias, which as always never disappoints

Excellent family stay in Avilés. the apartment is super well located in the city center with a very pleasant patio. very good communication with Monica who gives very good advice for visits and for gastronomy. we highly recommend this place.
