Guy’s “little house on the river” has a GREAT location with amazing views. The backyard is very spacious and right by the river. Lots of wildlife and Guy left binoculars which were fun to use. The wrap around porch was charming, home was clean. The area also felt very private, yet everywhere we needed to go was very close. No complaints! It’s so peaceful, we look forward to staying again to make use of the kayak ramp. One of my favorite Airbnb’s thus far!

The room was very nice, clean, and seemed to be recently renovated. Check-in was simple and efficient. The hosts are very responsive to questions. Two of the rooms are located on the street side and there is some road noise in during the day and evening. The hosts provided ear plugs, which were appreciated. The room was very comfortable and had a nice kitchenette. There are many restaurant options within easy walking distance and easy access to the riverwalk for jogging and walking.

My family felt comfortable there. It has 4 bedrooms and one bedroom has 2 beds, so the room was perfect for my middle daughter’s family with 2 young children. My older grandson loved playing in the game room. We didn’t go to the backyard, so we can’t comment on it. There are few things they could improve on-old kitchen cooking utensils in poor condition, low and slow oven temperature setting and overall cleanness. Nonetheless, we had great time with some adjustments in our part.
