The cabin is idyllically located with panoramic views of the beautiful village of Førde, the fjord and even a lot longer. Even though the cabin lies by itself practically on a pile, lay it on a farmer's yard, cows sheep and lambs in the vicinity. The cabin has character, is more than 100 years old and has between anna a large, printed Viking ship model hanging on the ceiling. The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken- tunet- Os. In front of the house is Galleri Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden which is always open to the general public. Around the house, goats graze, and you overlook some free range hens, and some alpacas across the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the tranquility. There are also great hiking trails close by.

Peaceful and nice place about 4 km past Strandvik city centre. Where there is a shop-resturang/pub and great park. Sand volleyball courts are there too. The house is idyllically close to the sea. Canoe can be locked and the fishing possibilities are good. The boat in the pictures can and can be used. We have and some bikes that can be borrowed. Great for anyone who wants to vacation in a quiet setting. All washouts take care of the host
