Do yourself a favour and stay at bamboo beach house ❤️ the pictures don’t do it justice. Incredible views, friendly and helpful staff and the best spot to visit the local waterfalls. The food was amazing, with lots of veg options, scooter rental and everything you need for a relaxing holiday for a fraction of what you pay anywhere else!

great place for relaxation. Hospitality is outstanding

When we arrive, we had a friendly welcome and we met Edelyn who was friendly and happy to help where she could. Due to the isolated location she let us hire her scooter to get around. There is one restaurant opposite but with limited opening hours. Unfortunately, one evening the place had closed before we managed to eat so we ended up eating pot noodle from the shack a few doors down. Unfortunately, we ended our trip with a bad taste in our mouth due to the fact the number plates on the motorbike being stolen. Edelyn took care of what needed to be done e.g reporting it to the police etc but insistent we paid for the inconvenience and replacement on the number plate as she had no insurance. Finally we agreed on a 50/50 split on the cost. Overall the accommodation was gorgeous and clean. It looks like there is a beach front but it is a wall with a drop to the water, we didn’t see an accessible beach within the immediate area. Oslob is a 40 min scooter ride away and Moalboal 60 minutes
