New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Remember to bring your own bed linens, sheets, towels, dish cloths and dishcloths, as well as toilet paper and, if necessary, paper towels. Please also bring firewood for the wood-burning stove * * Just a few minutes walk will lead you into the forest and it is about a 15 minute walk down to the beach which offers a good bathing jetty, the cleanest sea water and the most beautiful sunset.

South facing terrace facing the sea side and sun deck at the back of the house with morning sun. Approx. 200 m to the pebble beach via the path/staircase. There's a bathing bridge for sand reefs. Cozy cottage located in a peaceful area. 3 rooms. Room for 6 people. Kitchen and living room in one, and a nice bathroom with shower. On the terrace there are sun loungers and a barbecue. The property has its own small lake/water hole with lots of wildlife, including frogs, birds and deer. In dry summer, the water level is very low. There are bicycles for free use. The house is 500 meters from a lovely beach. During the summer period, week 25 to week 32, the booking is a minimum of 3 days.
