“Beautiful cottage high in the mountains with a view of the glaciers. Inside there is a stove and all necessary equipment. Next to the cottage (20m) there is a stream in which you can draw water and warm it for bathing or for tea. The road to the mountain took us about 1.5 hours, the path is quite steep, but there are no technical difficulties. The house is very stylish, it looks even better than in the pictures, and the oil lamps create an unforgettable atmosphere. Our best accommodation during holidays in Norway. I suggest at least 2 nights - there are interesting mountain areas around.”

“Eldbjørg was an absolutely wonderful host. We checked in fairly late, but it was no problem. She guided us all the way and showed us the beautiful loft apartment where we could cook well in a superb kitchen, we could fire in the fireplace and enjoy ourselves. Fantastic area if you want a little outside the center in lovely rural surroundings. You can walk around freely on a beautiful farm located right by a large lake. A delightful experience, highly recommended. Very good for a not so expensive price. Thank you very much for your stay Eldbjørg. Who was lucky enough to become a grandmother the day we were there.”
Our farm in Nes lies in Luster municipality. It is about 250 meters to walk from the parking lot and down to the boathouse Naustet has stove, kitchen, bathroom / laundry room, hallway and two bedrooms where two of the sleeping areas are mattresses on a small loft. It is possible to feed sheep and pigs in the summer and pick a basket of raspberries when they are ripe. It's right to a pier by the boathouse, which is a nice place to enjoy meals, and for sure the opportunity to swim.
“Wow such a beautiful setting on the fjord with own private dock, as part of the family run farm. The boat house has everything you need as well as a row boat to enjoy especially when the fjord is smooth as glass. As advertised it is a bit of a hike down from parking spot but well worth it. Trine was very quick in responding.”
