The house has 4 rooms, a huge 60m2 kitchen with access to a charming barbecue terrace and a large garden. In the garden, there is a huge lawn for the kids as well as a barbecue and fire pit. In the basement there is a washing machine and dryer. Popular beaches Svanemøllen and Nordhavn beach are within 10 minutes' drive. From July 6 to August 3, the house is rented out 1 week at a time, from Saturday to Saturday.

Centrally located in Lyngby, with a short distance to Lyngby Lake, DTU, Lyngby center and only 5 minutes to the train, from which it takes 15 minutes to Copenhagen. Fantastic view from the balcony on the 7th floor (elevator). The apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and plenty of closet space, a living room with a good sofa bed for 2 adults, a nice kitchen-dining room with a new white kitchen, and not least a nice balcony overlooking the green areas around Lyngby and Bagsværd Lake. The apartment is not suitable for small children.

Annex with space for 4 people. Living room with a sofa bed (1.5 people) and a bedroom without a door with a double bed. It has everything you need, whether it's for a vacation or for work. Bathroom with bathtub, dining table, kitchen, etc. Beautiful garden with plenty of play areas for children; our children also use the garden, as the annex is located in our garden. Option to charge an electric vehicle, for a fee. The kitchen does not include a stove or oven. There is a microwave, a coffee machine, a panini machine, and all tableware.

Like living in a cottage close to the big city. Only 8 km from beautiful Copenhagen, the house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the marsh, which is surrounded by greenery and offers lovely walks and runs. Throughout the summer, there is sun from morning to evening on the 30 m2 wooden terrace. We have decorated the house functionally and personally and love living here. There is a greenhouse of 10 m2 you can sit and relax in. We have a garage with a charger for an electric car (type 2 plug) and at least two bicycles. Welcome.

Cozy, newly renovated house with lots of space right by the spring hill station 17 minutes to the city center. Quiet area. Close to shopping. Great for a family. We have plenty of toys for the kids. 2 bedrooms with double beds. 2 children's rooms. Nice kitchen-dining room, large porch and wooden deck. Write what you need. My daughter and I live in the basement, which has its own entrance, kitchen, and bathroom.
