Located in an old flour mill, Studio Silhem has an excellent quiet location, just south of Limoges, close to the A20 motorway through central France and walk-able to the train station in St Germain les Belles. Bright & colourful decoration with a warm welcome. Equipped kitchen with gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge & coffee machine. Ideal for one night stop overs on a long journey to refresh yourselves. We can accommodate all arrival times. Outdoor table & chairs plus bbq available.

A 40 m2 studio near Limoges, in a quiet location in the Limousin countryside: unobstructed views, with no neighbours overlooking the hilly countryside, the comfort of ecological furnishings, original layout, and a location separate from the other buildings on the property. It is a perfect cottage for 1 couple (+ 1 baby), 1 solo traveller, 1 business trip (quick access to the A20), all with or without a four-legged companion. The cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cozy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is attached to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Renovated stone house with a pleasant garden, located in Glanges in a cul-de-sac hamlet 2 km from the A20. Garden with trees, terrace, garden furniture and barbecue to relax. Two bedrooms: 2 queen size beds (160 x 200) and 1 bed 140 x 190, fully equipped kitchen, games area, desk. Easy parking in front of the house. No smoking allowed, pets not allowed. Housekeeping by you (housekeeping package €70 upon request). Numerous lakes and bodies of water nearby. All shops 5 minutes away.

Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

Between relaxation and discovery, explore Pompadour, Uzerche, Treignac and the Pans de Travassac. The ideal place for a quiet, wellness break. From 07/01/26 to 08/30/26, free admission to the municipal swimming pool (2 km).

In the heart of the peaceful Limousin countryside, nestled between Limoges, Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat and Eymoutiers, this cottage harmoniously blends tradition and modernity to offer a relaxing setting. This authentic Limousin residence, built around an old bread oven, was a real favorite for us and we are sure that its beautiful stones, chestnut woodwork and unobstructed view of the surrounding countryside will not fail to seduce you.

Le SPA de l’Impasse est un logement propice à la détente et à la relaxation grâce à son jaccuzi protégé par une pergola et son sauna intérieur. Vous pourrez également vous reposer dans le salon équipée de sa grande télé connectée ! L’appartement dispose d’une cuisine entièrement équipée (four/micro-ondes/plaques induction/bouilloire/ cafetière Dolce Gusto/grille pain et frigo) et d’un coin repas.
