Located at Black Mountain (approx. half way between Sydney and Brisbane) in the heart of the beautiful New England Region, it is only 25 minutes north of Armidale and 10 minutes south of Guyra. Set on a working Sheep and Cattle property, Highlands Lodge is the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Self contained accommodation on native bush equestrian property. Built in 2014 from Kingspan insulating panels this house is a showcase for solar passive design; warm in winter, cool in summer. We run a professional equestrian business on site with the Flat for guests. Separate entrance, on site parking, 1 bedroom with queen bed, living room with TV, free wifi, bathroom, full kitchen in a beautiful rural setting but only 2km to Uralla with food, shops and pubs. FarmStay Oakhurst Cottage Deepwater

A tastefully restored cottage (circa 1890) with 2 bedrooms each with its own ensuite, large veranda, parlor and fully self-catering large timber kitchen, set in a private garden situated on a sheep and cattle property. Situated on a working sheep and cattle property, the cottage due to the topography has limited phone coverage and if you are with Telstra, there is no coverage and there is no Wi-Fi.
