The property is located on a quiet side road (off the highway) in a quiet neighbourhood of small acreage properties and hobby farms against the backdrop of the Gloucester national park. It consists of four rammed earth chalets with stunning views across the lake and to the Lavender and Berry Farm Cafe and Gardens. Between the chalets and the lake is a wide grassy bank down to the waters edge occasionally visited by kangaroos and birdlife. Behind the chalets where you drive in is a parkland style area of tall trees and grassed areas. Each chalet has parking in this area directly behind the chalet. There's walking access to the Lavender Berry Farm cafe around the lakes edge (2 min walk), and access into the national park. If you continue past all four chalets you'll find the office/reception on the edge of the owners house.
