The cottage is located on the edge of our private garden – sometimes you can see us from a distance, but we respect your stay 🌿 Totally renovated in old-fashioned style with a bedroom and small sleeping loft. 1000 meters to the water and 9 minutes to Ölandsbron. Close to nature, but still close to the city centre. Note: Low ceiling height (2 m) in bedroom and bathroom. No separate living room - only what is shown in the pictures. Small BUT incredibly cozy 🫶🏼

Gillsättra Gård

Take the opportunity to stay on a farm, in a newly built apartment/cottage, close to grazing animals. Gillsättra is an old charming row village. In the middle of the island, close to everything. Access to garden and large lawns. 6 km to the nearest beach. 11 km to popular Bjärbybadet on the east side and 12 km to Färjestaden/bridge. Many nice walking opportunities in nature. In the countryside there are the flies, roosters like crazy and work carried out in the yard. Smaller dogs are welcome, larger dogs get too crowded in the small apartment.

Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Exit to private wooden deck, table, chairs and barbecue. 3,5 km to Brofästet and Ölands Animals and amusement park. 700 m to golf course. Next to swimming and camping with several restaurants and pizzeria. Power areas and bike trails nearby. Bed linen, towels and bath towels is available and is included in the price. No pets allowed as well as non-smoking.
