A great former shop at the ski area. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, fair and the city are very quickly accessible. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement. We often use the loft area as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families, but also for business travelers.

It is a beautiful 90 m² apartment for up to 5 people. The fifth person would have to sleep in the living room on a separate bed. See pictures. The apartment also includes 2 basement rooms. There is a sauna with shower area, a pool table, a darts window and an additional toilet, installed in 2019. The terrace with barbecue facilities are also at your disposal. Pets are also welcome on request. You can park in front of the door.

But also as a day trip by bike to explore well. You will love my accommodation because of the scenic location, the proximity to the water and the city of Hamburg.
