The small village is surrounded by three foothills of the Alps in the middle of the Sternen-Naturpark Attersee-Traunsee and offers an ideal starting point for countless excursions and many sporting activities, such as hiking, mountaineering, cycling, skiing, swimming, etc.

The most famous destinations in the Salzkammergut are in the immediate vicinity: Hallstatt (9km), the imperial city of Bad Ischl (10km), the Wolfgangsee region (18km) and the Mozart city of Salzburg (60km).

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
