Underfloor heating throughout the house. Two bathrooms, washing machine and dryer are available. The guest house has one bedroom and one sofa bed. The sunset is magical by the beach where also cozy restaurant Brohman & son is located, only a 15-minute walk from the house. Visby is about 1.5 miles from the house, the nearest beach 1.2 km and toftabeach about 3 km. The house is 85 sqm with 3 bedrooms. On the property, there is a guest house of 15 sqm, used as a double bedroom.
