Condo vacation rentals in Goicoechea

my daughter and i always love to stay in avalon on our daddy/daughter trips to the valley, and this condo was by far the most like home. amazing 3rd floor location, corner of the building (ridiculously quiet), and over the lake. coming from guanacaste, its nice to have that many windows to open on colder nights, and was almost torture to leave early on a sunday to beat holiday traffic heading back north. absolutely amazing stay.

Great place to stay. Very close to everything. Lofts was always very friendly and responsive at all times. In addition, he helped us check in early. We felt very grateful.

I stayed at Gils apartment for a month and it was great. I will be back. It's close to everything and the apartment and property are great.

Ronald was an amazing host! He was always available to help with restaurants, directions, things to do, etc. He was responsive and super friendly. I gave him five stars because he really went above and beyond!! The only thing I will say is the hot water runs off solar panels so the shower is the only thing that really got hot. The bathroom and kitchen sink didn’t even get warm. That was a small adjustment for an overall clean, gorgeous and well kept condo! Keep up the great work Ronald!

The apartment is small, studio type; but too comfortable and beautiful, with everything you need for a short or long stay. The bed is delicious, there is air conditioning, you feel very safe and comfortable. The place is very quiet, very close to everything, easy to get to. I was surprised by the smart parking tower that has the building and very friendly don Domingo, one of the guards of the place, explains to one everything, as a schoolteacher. Thank you very much, María Jesús. Recommended place, 100%.

Lymon is beyond exceptional as a Host and as an individual. Every time I sent a message to Lymon he responded quickly. The building is very secure with a guard at the front gate. Location is central and was just what I needed. I had just underwent major surgery. The second day at his flat I realized I needed support and help. I messaged Lymon via Airbnb - my crisis number at the time and within 30 minutes someone was at my door to help me! Edith, my angel, is so awesome! She truly is a gem; she helped me with everything in the condo and came by twice a day to make sure I was ok. I did pay her; that’s just normal. I am so very grateful and privileged to have met these 2 special souls. If you have any questions let me know!

Thanks to Maria del Pilar for allowing us to stay in her apartment, which has many communities ( parking, swimming pool...) also a charming little restaurant just on the way out where we had our breakfasts. Namely we went to the city center by car (Uber for a derisory price) walking back quite feasible. The services are up to the description.

A very nice, lovingly equipped, clean apartment. I slept well. Garage and elevator were comfortable. Bryan responded to my requests immediately and very kindly.

Great place and security...

First off, Marlene was an incredible host, which makes a huge difference. The community the condo is in is truly wonderful in every way, and the staff throughout our stay was great, and we made many friends. The condo itself was comfy and just right, and we especially loved the 2 balconies, particularly the one in the bedroom. The views are beautiful, the night sky is magnificent, and we spent many hours out there just enjoying the sounds of the stream below, the many birds living all around us, and the beautiful mountains close by. The internet is stable and super speedy. The bed was really comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. The location is excellent, and everything you could ever need is nearby. Huge thumbs up, and we’d definitely stay here again.

It's a spectacular apartment, in a new and very conveniently located condominium. Perfect to start your journey in Costa Rica. The condominium pool is exceptional and even though it was a passing stay, I would have been happy to stay a week. It has a Walmart just a few steps away and was perfect for stocking up and buying everything you forgot at home. The best part was the proximity to the bus station from where our bus to La Fortuna departed😊. Very good choice ✨ and grateful for Damaris' attention and helpfulness. Always attentive to whatever you need

Marcela and Agustín were very friendly and provided us with all the information about the apartment and its facilities. It has an excellent infrastructure with a swimming pool, courts and a dog park. The apartment is fully furnished and met our expectations and needs.
