Beach house vacation rentals in Golden Beach

Beautiful villa , so comfy it’s just like being home from home with the added bonus of a large pool,which was much needed as the weather was scorchio 😀 . The villa is ideally placed , about five minute walk from stunning Nissi beach and about 20 minute walk to the main Ayia napa strip ,or you could easily catch the bus and be there in a few minutes and for only a few euros. We were very sad to leave and would definitely book again

Lovely Villa in a beautiful, peaceful location. Kitchen was well appointed and everything was spotlessly clean. The outside space was great with lots of seating and nice pool. Highly recommended.

I’m not usually one for leaving feedback but on this occasion I felt obliged to give credit where credit is due. My wife and I have just returned after spending 6 weeks at Lefkolla Maisonette and it was like a second home for the duration of our stay. The house is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay of any duration, long or short. It is conveniently located in the centre of Protaras and a stone’s throw from a very long beachfront with various bays (including Fig Tree Bay) so plenty of options for the beach lover. The host family made us welcome from start to finish and were on hand whenever needed giving us contact numbers should we have needed them. I would definitely stay there again and would thoroughly recommend the Villa and its owner Stavros as the perfect host. In the end we didn’t want to leave so that speaks volumes regarding our stay. A big thank you to Stavros and your lovely family for making us feel so welcomed.

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

We stayed there for a week with our one-year-old daughter and loved it! The place is very nicely decorated and offers plenty of space. Just around the corner is a super nice beach. By public transport you can easily get to Girne in about 15 minutes. The contact with Bekir and his in-laws was very, very nice. It was really all perfect! Should we come to Girne again, we will definitely come back here and also recommend it to friends. Thank you Bekir and your family 🙏

We felt right at home! The view of the ocean is phenomenal, everything is clean and nothing is missing. Communication was great, check-in easy and the location great for excursions. If we came back to Cyprus, we would definitely want to stay here again.

I can’t say anything bad about Mr. Alexander. Super kind gentleman, very helpful and super friendly. Early check in, late check out also no problem, excellent communication. Just truly recommend. House is beutiful, clean and tidy. In the kitchen you have more equitment what you need. Pool cleaned every morning. Warmest regards from us Mr. Alexander! 5/5

This was our second time staying at Villa Lana! We absolutely loved our stay again. Being here for the second time allowed us to appreciate the location even more. Villa Lana is walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The neighbourhood is respectful of noise. The house is fully equipped with everything and more for your stay. Thank you Demetris, we can’t wait to come back!

We had a very good time at Jasemin's Villa. The house is beautifully and quietly located, ideal for travelling anywhere in Northern Cyprus. It is equipped with everything you could wish for. We can only recommend it.

The villa is great, and I'd definitely recommend it! Antony and Kerry were super helpful and always quick to respond. They were just excellent hosts. The pool is a highlight and we really enjoyed it! Like others have said, the highway is close, which makes it easy to get to all the nice spots, but you might hear some traffic noise at night. All in all, this is one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed at!

We loved the stay at Anastasias place we had everything we could have wanted and made good use of the pool and sunbeds. A really nice beach right opposite the house with public sunbeds and a clear sea perfect for paddling in. We will definitely be returning!

Welcoming, quiet, the sea is close, air conditioning or heating device if necessary. At Supermatket , terraces and Columbia resort are worth getting, it's close. The locals are extraordinary.For us it was excellent.

This is one of the nicest places I've stayed in Cyprus, it's cosy and very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. It's in a quiet area, but only a few minutes walk to the beach and the shops and restaurants of Pernera. The host, Nikos, is friendly and very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Wonderful Villa, everything was clean and spacious and there was no problem with electricity or warm water (what's not always the case with villas in this vicinity). The host was very friendly and replied always fast to all our requests. Can only recommend this property for everyone who wants to have a blast of a stay in the Vivo Mare area :) Just please get those pool lights working, it's important for the vibe and feeling in the night :)

It was a great time in every way ! The people we met, the places we stayed , the place where we spent time and lived - it all went on for an unforgettable short vacation.

We stayed with my family, and when we got up in the morning, we also saw that there were other families living there, which made us feel even more comfortable. I am quite sensitive about cleanliness and had no issues during the stay. The toilet, kitchen, linens were spotless. It was really thoughtfully prepared, I felt right at home. Thank you to Ms. Zeliha and her husband for their efforts. We had a place to go again.

Amazing location steps from the sea walk, easy to main roads for driving, or bus to walk. nice big kitchen, and 4 bathrooms. perfect for our family. Coffee and restaurants very close. owners very responsive.

The place is great value for money, don't expect anything too modern but it's nice to feel like you are a home away from home . We made a last minute booking and we received check in instructions quite quickly. They also made sure we were ok during the stay. It's worth staying if you want a peaceful stay in Larnaca. it's a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick taxi ride to the main city

An excellent trouble free holiday from initially booking to departure. Communication from Kris and Bianca was excellent including a very good brochure on the house and facilities, with ideas where to eat drink shop visit etc in the larnaca area.The house was exactly as shown / described on the site listing, in a stunning location right on the beach front. plenty of parking , and close by a bus stop for the main larnaca / airport bus. The house was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. kitchen had everything you could possible need. overall a very relaxing weeks break. would deffently stay again and recommend a stay here if thinking of visiting Cyprus
