Great apartment and a wonderful host, she had already provided the apartment with everything necessary for living and relaxing, and also took care of how we were doing on vacation, thank you very much for everything! Very close to the sea, shops and restaurants. Parking lot right at the entrance, there were always free parking spaces, there were enough electrical adapters for European electrical appliances at home. We think that it is the best apartment in Larnaca, a joy for a tourist :)

Great experience at this Airbnb, only good things to say. Bargain is a great host, very responsive and helpful. The apartment is perfectly located next to merit and the Sea. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. Great pool, highly recommended!

If you are considering booking this, do it, you will not regret it. By far one of the best places I have ever been, offering a truly unique experience! Very elegant and thoughtful touches with all the best of amenities, right in the middle of nature. Gorgeous views of the mountains and the village!! It felt like a little honeymoon for us and we will definitely be back. The hot tub, the swing, the comfortable bed, we cooked our own dinner and just enjoyed this wonderful place and everything it has to offer. Village only 15 min walk away. A truly unique experience!!! Wonderful, kind and communicative host :)

Thank you Athos, we had such a wonderful time in your beach villa! The villa was within walking distance to the beach and a lovely swimming spot. The villa is ideally located to explore the coast and the beautiful Mediterranean seas! Not far from restaurants and of course Ayia Napa, and the Waterpark. Villa is huge, each room had its own bathroom and there was plenty of space to relax and unwind. We will definitely be back! Thanks again!

We were very fortunate to have been able to stay at this accommodation. It was well located, clean, with a responsive host and stocked with everything we could have desired. Vicky was responsive to any questions or queries we had during our stay. The accommodation is located by restaurants and shops, whilst only being a short walk away from the beach. We'd be keen to stay again and would happily recommend it to others looking to spend time in Paralimni.

Absolutely loved our stay at Peter’s place! The location is perfect—peaceful, quiet, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. The home itself is spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described (if not better!), and it’s clear that Peter takes great care in maintaining the property. We slept so well thanks to the calm surroundings and cozy setup. Peter was a fantastic host—very responsive, respectful of our privacy, and genuinely helpful whenever we had questions or needed anything. He made check-in super easy and gave great local tips, which made our stay even more enjoyable. This spot is a hidden gem, and we’re so glad we found it. Amazing stay for beach lovers ,the apartment is comfy and so cosy ,with everything inside;specially the sea view …Yioulia is very nice and helpful host ,it was nice meeting her :)

This villa was really lovely and as described. We had an issue with the cleanliness of the pool on our arrival and the host promptly arranged for the pool to be cleaned. The house didn’t have basic essentials like oil, sugar, salt, coffee or tea, nor hand soap for bathrooms. These are the only faults, everything else was great. You will need a car to go to Agia Napa and Protaras, but there are a couple of minimarkets, tavernas and a coffee shop which were walking distance. A very small beach is also walking distance.

Agathi and her wonderful mother Maro made us feel at home and like family. It was a very special experience and we look forward to returning again and again.
