We offer a newly built apartment in Durres (antic ,beautiful city by the sea) It is located in the upper floor of a building, three stories high, 3 minutes walking distance from the sea and 10 minutes from the city center.
Bellavista Resort is located in the southern part of Durrës Bay, next to Brilliant and Gloria Hotels by the left side and Supreme Hotel by the right side - half an hour from Mother Teresa Airport, 10 minutes from Durrës, one hour from Berat, and one hour from archaeological site of Apolonia. The penthouse of 92 sq meters, with a 115 sq meters terrace is situated in the fifth floor and has an exclusive lift from the ground level. Full view of Durrës Bay. 180 degree sea view even from inside. You can feel like in a Mediterranean Cruise, while laying on the sofa. Distance 50 meters from the sea, and a nice sand beach. Open fireplace between living and bedroom. BBQ grill in the terrace. Two sunshade and four chaises in the beach in front of the complex. Two underground parking lots. Swimming pools and SPAs are accessible in few tens of meters distance. Waiter can bring orders in the veranda. One can offer live music, to invited friends, but has to know to play the piano for that.
“This is a quiet and nice place if you want a relaxing week in Albania. The appartment is really beautiful and you can enjoy the sunset every evening through the window. We never met the host, but she made effective contact with us on messages. The appartment is quite far from durres center, so you need to have a car or use a taxi. The host has a taxi driver that you can contact directly. We used this service and were pleased with that arrangement. Not many of the restaurants nearby accept card, so you should have cash with you.”

“The flat is nicely decorated, in a very good location next to the sea and It had all you need to have a very comfortable holiday. It has a lovely west facing balcony with views over Durrës ‘s Bay. In the evening we sat there with a beer and watched the amazing sunset over Adriatic Sea. Also the flat is next to the beach. A couple of small repairs in the bathroom need to be addressed but they weren’t important to us. (Ariana was informed ). Also the camera in the parking lot does not work. I believe this is the responsibility of the resort’s management and has nothing to do with Ariana. If you are driving then you have to visit Spille as well as the beach there is much nicer. I highly recommend Ariana’s place and I would not hesitate to book in the future.”
