The Voorhuis of our national monument farm has been renovated into a fully luxurious suite with its own facilities. The original details, such as the high ceilings, the bedstee walls and even an original bedstee where you can sleep, have been preserved. No less than 65 m2 with a private kitchen, spacious living room and separate bedroom with free-standing bathtub. Toilet and spacious walk-in shower. With the option, at an additional cost, to use the hot tub, sauna and outdoor shower, you will be wonderfully.

Behind the house you have a wonderful view over meadows and pastures. Especially in the morning when the sun rises over the meadow and you sit in the conservatory with a coffee – an unforgettable moment! Here you can enjoy heavenly tranquility in a natural environment.

In one of the quietest places in the Netherlands, you will find our completely refurbished bakery. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sun loungers and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €15 per person.

In the beautiful Twente landscape in the middle of nature reserve the Springendal, just a stone's throw from the German border and near the picturesque town of Ootmarsum, lies the Hoeve Springendal estate. You have access to one of the ten apartments that are fully, attractively and comfortably furnished. One of the apartments is furnished for four people. In our old granary, you can have breakfast or lunch, and we also have delicious freshly baked apple pie or a locally special beer.

As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. Enjoy this quiet place right on the edge of the forest. Dogs are allowed free of charge, 1 meter high fence. For the dogs, there are feeding bowls, water bowl, basket and other sleeping places, bench and swimming pool. For children, next to the house is a playground and about 500 meters away is a beautiful Abenteuerspielplatz. Entrance is free here. In our lovingly furnished guesthouse, we warmly welcome our guests. The guesthouse has 2 single beds, which are located on a gallery. (The beds can also be pushed together). A sofa bed can accommodate additional guests. Located directly on the Vechte, in a quiet location with many hiking and cycling trails, you will find our nice guest house. Ruimtelijk, fenomenaal uitzicht over de weilanden, rustig en toch binnen 5 minuten fietsafstand van het centrum van Oldenzaal.
