Small apartment in a super central location, within a courtyard and therefore without a view of the sea, but very convenient for all services. I emphasize the extreme cleanliness, organization and order of the apartment, which is not obvious. It was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay, the apartment is in great condition, all the decor, bathroom included, is new.

Amazing location right in the heart of old town and close to everything including great restaurants. Host was very communicative and provided advanced warning of any issues. Early check-in was provided which we appreciated greatly! Thanks again Hanna.

A perfect stay at Rita's. With her husband François, our hosts gave us a very nice welcome and responded to all our requests. The accommodation was as described and located in a very quiet area of Le Cannet, close to the center of Cannes. Highly recommend!

Christian and Nina’s place is exactly what is pictured. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood a short walk from the beach. The balcony overlooks the Tennis Club and is a fun place to watch the players. There is a mini grocery store a short walk away and a larger store less than a mile. If you rent a car, ask for a small one as the parking space in the building is typically pretty small. The A/C works great, the shower is very nice and all the instructions for the appliances are included with a variety of other details about the apartment. We would happily return for another stay!

We were great at Monique's apartment! Spacious, comfortable and very well-equipped. The beautiful Garden is lovely. In addition, the apartment is very close to shops, public transport and restaurants. Monique received us and explained everything. We stayed for a week and we liked it. Excellent gateway at this apartment. A great mix of modernity and the charm of a Haussmannian apartment. Everything was as described, the train station is close by and the tram to access the beach is 2 3 minutes by walking. Pierre - Emmanuel is also very kind and very responsive. Highly recommend! 😊
