“Just metres from the beach, this B&B is perfectly located to every attraction on the Fleurieu Peninsula. The accomodation is perfect for a couple's weekend away and our host went out of her way with some special little touches to surprise us upon arrival. The rooms were super clean, the bed was super comfortable, the shower super hot and the decor bang on trend. A great get away and highly recommended. Thank you.”
Wayfarers Cottage is one of the earliest homes in Goolwa, built around 1870. Centrally located in the "Little Scotland" precinct, it's a short drive to the beach and walking distance to Goolwa Wharf, restaurants, hotels and Goolwa shopping centre.
“Super coasy little cottage with everything you need from good quality soaps/lotions all the way to top notch appliances. Perfect for a quiet weekend no matter the weather, with the beach up the road when its hot or a netflix night infront of the fireplace when its cold. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.”
Set on a peaceful and idyllic beach-front sand hill on the outskirts of Goolwa Beach. Surrounded by national park and a nature reserve, St Brigid's enables the perfect escape for people with busy lives to relax and slow down
“Exactly as described. From the magpies singing in the morning, the waves crashing on the beach and watching the kangaroos at the reserve in the evening, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at St Brigid's. It backs on to the sand dunes and the sound of the waves is just lovely. The bed and couch were super comfy and the kitchen was stocked with the essentials. We cooked potatoes in their jackets in the oven below the fire and bought local fish. Our only regret was not being able to use the outdoor bath as it was a bit too chilly. Thanks for providing such unique accommodation!”
