Smart TV with sound bar and access to DSTV plus all the main steaming services, including Netflix, Brit Box, Showmax, Apple TV and YouTube. The apartment has Air Conditioning, super fast uncapped Fibre Wifi and DSTV satellite TV. A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. Bedroom with king size bed, ceiling fan, en-suite bathroom with bath and large walk in shower. There is a safe in the bedroom. The living area has sliding doors and a balcony from which you have a stunning view to watch the ships sail in and out of the harbour. There is one secure parking bay within the building. Full access to the large well equipped gym as well as the swimming pool and sun deck. Conferencing facilities, meeting rooms and daily office space are available upon request. The MyCiti bus stop is just outside the Icon building. It will be my pleasure to assist you in anyway I can whilst you stay in our city. I'm a full time Airbnb host so am always available to help out. This apartment is perfectly located for exploring the city. It's a gentle 15-minute stroll to the waterfront, and is at the start of the famous Long Street, which is known for its fine restaurants and bars. The tourist buses and local buses stop right outside the building making getting around a breeze. The Cape Town International Convention Center is but a stone throw away. For exploring wider a field the location is ideal given the close proximity to the main highways in and out of the city. The two main highways in and out of the city (N1 and N2) are right on your doorstep should you be exploring further afield. Fresh milk and water will be in the fridge when you arrive along with a selection of teas and coffee. You can also expect some other little treats on arrival in the form of fresh flowers, wine or champagne and chocolates or biscuits.
